Q: I’m a small business interested in some human resources support; what do you offer?

Ans: I recognise that many small businesses need back up support but can’t necessarily afford the expense of having a permanent person. discussing this further please contact me and I can provide more details specific to your needs.

but also general management.I have managed teams of specialists, multi-disciplinary project teams as well as teams of external contractors and suppliers.

Q: We are making some business changes and need someone to act as a change agent: do you provide this service?

Ans: Yes, I can. I have led on whole business reviews, putting in place change strategies, working with senior teams to deliver key business priorities and outcomes, as well as middle managers to ensure implementation. I have also worked on small business reviews where sometimes the people issues can be sensitive and require more delicate handling. Whatever your needs I would be happy to discuss how you and your business could be best supported through your change process.

Q: Our human resources policies and procedures need a complete overhaul to make sure they comply with the law and work for us but we do not have the time/knowledge/expertise to do them in-house; is this something you would be able to help us with?

Ans: With over 25 years human resources management and development experience I can work with your
business to deliver individual or packages of policies and procedures that meet your needs.
